Couples who got married five years and has been blessed with a daughter named Sunday Rose's love of sending letters to each other when they're traveling. Apparently, this couple traveled and wrote a note before leaving in secret places so that each other could find each other.

John Gray PhD, author of "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus", said that the technique of writing a love letter is one of the best ways to release negative feelings and then to communicate in a more loving.

"Writing down your feelings in a certain way, the negative feelings it is automatically reduced, and positive feelings will grow. Techniques love letters can improve the process of writing the letter," said Gray.

There are three aspects or parts of the technical writing love letters that, according to Gray, namely:

1. Writing a love letter that expresses feelings of anger, fear, regret, and love.

2. Write a reply letter that expresses what you want to hear from your partner.

3. Discuss your love letters and mail your answer along with your spouse.

"The technique is very flexible love letter. You can choose to do all three steps, or maybe you just need to do one or two of them. For example, you perform steps one and two in order to focus more and more loving, then you do verbal conversation with your spouse without a full sense of anger or blame. At other times you might choose to do all three steps at a time and a love letter and a letter discussing your answers with your partner, "explains Gray.

According to Gray, if you do all three steps, then give a healing and powerful experience for both of you.

"However, sometimes it's too time consuming or not in place. In certain situations, the most powerful technique is to move the first and write a love letter," lid Gray.
