This means no longer allowed to smoke in the area of Central Park or the usual places that made New Yorkers crowded center.

"As New Yorkers and visitors come to town they will breathe fresh air in parks and beaches," said Mayor Bloomberg told the Associated Press on Thursday (16/09/2010).
